The Residence features many facilities and amenities to help make your stay on campus enjoyable!
The front desk is staffed 24hrs a day and provides residents with one-on-one service to ensure all needs and requests are met. Residents can: pick up packages and mail, inquire about residence activities, or set up appointments with the Residence Life Coordinator. Guest sign-in is currently suspended due to COVID-19 precautions.
GAS BBQ & PICNIC AREA (currently unavailable due to COVID-19 precautions)
Located just outside Mo's Reztaurant so students can take advantage of warmer weather with great food and friends!
GAMES LOUNGE (currently unavailable due to COVID-19 precautions)
Enjoy our Games Room which comes with a pool table, table tennis and 52” Plasma TV. The games room is a great area for co-curricular entertainment!
COMMON KITCHEN (available on a sign-up basis)
A common kitchen is located on the main floor of the Residence and open 24 hours a day. Residents can cook and enjoy meals with friends using the 2 full size stoves and sitting area. The kitchen is adjacent to the Laundry Room.
LAUNDRY ROOM (available on a sign-up basis)
A pay-per-load laundry room is available on the 1st floor of the Residence. The laundry room is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Residents will receive a Laundry Card upon move-in that can be used to tap and pay to activate the machines ($2.25 per wash cycle, $2.00 per dry cycle). The Laundry Card can be reloaded with funds using the machine located in the laundry room.
MOVIE LOUNGE (currently unavailable due to COVID-19 precautions)
Our 4th floor features a movie lounge complete with authentic theater seating for 30 guests! The movie lounge has a DVD player and a complete theater surround sound system. Residents also have the option of hooking up their personal game consoles or laptops.
*Non-urgent maintenance requests are currently suspended due to COVID-19, however any emergency maintenance requests will be reviewed and resolved*
Residents can complete maintenance requests online should they find any deficiencies in their room. Maintenance staff will enter the suite and complete all repairs listed on the maintenance request. Safety protocols are in place for any emergency maintenance issues.
HOUSEKEEPING (in suite housekeeping currently suspended due to COVID-19 precautions)
Housekeeping service is provided on a bi-weekly basis for each suite. Housekeepers clean the kitchen and bathroom areas; it is the responsibility of the resident to clean their own bedrooms. We ask that residents ensure their kitchen and bathroom floors and counters are cleared for housekeepers to clean these areas.
