How do I log into the student web?
Your triOS login ID and password are all you need to access the Student Gateway Online

Where can I get IT support?
Contact the Mohawk IT department for support related to your Mohawk ID, resetting your password, etc. Additional information can be found online at Contact Information Technology Services.

At the Mississauga campus, you can access IT Support Portal/IT
Helpdesk 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. EST.

Registration Process

Where can I find information on how to complete registration?
All information on the process to get ready to register and complete registration is available on
the Get Ready to Start Website. You are reminded that the registration process on MyMohawk
is mandatory.

I need help completing registration, who can I talk to?
There is information on the website, How to Register. You can also Email Ask for questions.

I cannot complete registration, either I cannot access the iCent app or I have a Hold on
my account. Where can I go for support?
Email International Services for questions on Holds and documentation required.

I have an Arrivals hold on my account, who can I talk to?
Email mohawk.arrivals [at] (Mohawk Arrivals) for questions

I need support in making a payment, who can I talk to?
If you are a current student, Email Ask for support in making payments. If you are an applicant,
please reach us via the Contact Us Form.

I cannot see my schedule in MyMohawk after registration, how do I get my schedule?
After you are registered on MyMohawk, you can view your actual Mississauga campus schedule and class times on the triOS Student Web.
Your detailed schedule with actual Mississauga campus class times, instructors, and room numbers, is on the triOS Student Web and you are advised to follow the class schedule posted on the triOS Student Web for the correct class start time.

Please use your triOS login ID and password to access the student gateway

There are holds on my account and I cannot choose my timetable.  

  • Have you updated your study permit and coop work permit on iCent? 
  • Are you in pre-registration for International application service (OCAS) 

If you have completed both steps above and still have a hold, please await confirmation from the check-in team.

I received a notice that I can select my timetable when it becomes available.  How do I know when it is available? 

Students can log into My Mohawk Portal using their Mohawk College student ID and password:

  • Click on Registration>under post-secondary students click on Winter 2024 (The winter dates will be published on November 27, 2023)
  • Find out when to register online  
  • Look for your program, and program number, and; it will indicate the time and date your timetable opens. 

How do I get my timetable?        

  • Once you know the date your timetable opens you can register on that date and time for your timetable.  
  • Log into My Mohawk Portal using your Mohawk College ID and your password. 
  • Select registration from the left-hand side 
  • ​​​​​​​Under post-secondary students click on choose or change my timetable. You can select your timetable.  


Where can I find information on housing and transportation?
Information is available on the website at Community and Cultural Supports. For additional support, you can also email mohawk.arrivals [at] (mohawk[dot]arrivals[at]trios[dot]com)

Where can I go for support with any wellness issues?
Email mohawk.counselling [at] (counselling) for support.

Where can I find information about health insurance?
Information about your health insurance can be found on our website: International Health Insurance. This includes information on how to receive support for urgent coverage before your card is received by Contacting International Student Services.

When do I get my credentials from the Mississauga Campus? 
24-36 hours( during business days)  after you select your timetable on MyMohawk you will receive an email with login information and your class schedule from the Mississauga Campus    

When do I get my health card? 
Health cards are ordered after the add/drop period the last week of January.  Please review the Health Insurance webpage for more details. 

I am an upper semester student and I have a $150.00 extra charge, why?    
This is a late fee.  If your deposit is not received by the due date there is a late fee applied of 150.00. Your balance is due by the payment deadline date.  If the balance is not paid, there will be another 150.00 late fee applied. 

Letters and Documentation Required

How can I request a letter of support?
To request a Letter of Support which can be used when proof of study is being requested, when extending your study permit, applying for your post-graduate work permit, etc., complete the online form found at Letter Request Form.
You must use your Mohawk email when requesting a letter of support.

How can I request a transcript?

Transcript requests must be submitted via MyMohawk using your Mohawk log-in. Information about transcripts can be found on our website. Questions regarding Transcripts can be directed to Email Ask
