Where can I get IT support?
Contact the Mohawk IT department for support related to your Mohawk ID, resetting your password, etc. Additional information can be found online at Contact Information Technology Services.

At the Mississauga campus, you can access IT Support Portal/IT
Helpdesk 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. EST.

Registration Process

Where can I find information on how to complete registration?
All information on the process to get ready to register and complete registration is available on
the Get Ready to Start Website. You are reminded that the registration process on MyMohawk
is mandatory.

I need help completing registration, who can I talk to?
There is information on the website, How to Register. You can also Email Ask for questions.

I cannot complete registration, either I cannot access the iCent app or I have a Hold on
my account. Where can I go for support?

Email International Services for questions on Holds and documentation required.

I have an Arrivals hold on my account, who can I talk to?
Email mohawk.arrivals [at] trios.com (Mohawk Arrivals) for questions

I need support in making a payment, who can I talk to?
If you are a current student, Email Ask for support in making payments. If you are an applicant,
please reach us via the Contact Us Form.

I cannot see my schedule in MyMohawk after registration, how do I get my schedule?
After you are registered on MyMohawk, you can view your actual Mississauga campus schedule and class times on the triOS Student Web.
Your detailed schedule with actual Mississauga campus class times, instructors, and room numbers, are on the triOS Student Web. you are advised to follow the class schedule posted on the triOS Student Web for the correct class start time.

Where can I find information about health insurance?
Information about your health insurance can be found on our website: International Health Insurance. This includes information on how to receive support for urgent coverage before your card is received by Contacting International Student Services.

Letters and Documentation Required

How can I request a letter of support?
To request a Letter of Support which can be used when proof of study is being requested, when extending your study permit, applying for your post-graduate work permit, etc., complete the online form found at: Letter Request Form.
You must use your Mohawk email when requesting a letter of support.

How can I request a transcript?

Transcript requests must be submitted via MyMohawk using your Mohawk log in. Information about transcripts can be found on our website. Questions regarding Transcripts can be directed to Email Ask
