A transcript is a list of courses taken at Mohawk College and details all courses and grades obtained.
Transcript requests must be submitted through your MyMohawk account (opens new window).
- If you need to update your address, please do so on MyMohawk under Personal Information section on the Home tab, before to ordering your transcript.
Registered prior to 2017
If you were a registered Mohawk student prior to 2017, you will not have a MyMohawk account. You will have to fill out the Transcript Request Form.

- Allow 7 - 10 business days for the processing of transcript requests
- Apprenticeship, archived or government-sponsored student transcript requests may take longer to process
- Identification must be shown when picking up transcripts. If a friend or family member will be picking up your transcript, they must have a signed letter of permission from you in order for us to release
