A transcript is a list of courses taken at Mohawk College. Your transcript contains details about all the courses and grades you obtained here at Mohawk.
Transcript requests must be submitted through your MyMohawk account.
Transcripts will not be released to students that have holds on their records.
Please be aware that we can only proceed with your request if the information provided is accurate. Any discrepancies and/or incorrect student number will result in a cancellation of your request.
What if Your Address has Changed?
To update your contact information, mailing address or change your name, please contact Registrar's Office
What if You Don't Have a MyMohawk Account?
You will need to complete the online Transcript Request Form (opens new window) instead.
How Long Does a Transcript Request Take?
Allow 2-5 business days for the processing of transcript requests.
- If you need final grades from the current semester on your Transcript, please submit a request after your grades are posted on MyMohawk. Students can find information on grade submission within the Academic and Important Dates webpage.
- If you need a graduation status on your Transcript, please submit a request a week after your convocation ceremony.
- If you have more than one Student Number, please request a Transcript for each number.
- BScN students must request transcripts through McMaster University.
Apprenticeship, archived or government sponsored student transcript requests may take longer to process.
