Accessible Learning Services at Mohawk College has implemented a new system for requesting and managing accommodations called Accommodate. Within this new system you can:
- Review accommodation letters
- Review course information and manage enrolled students

You can access Accommodate portal from anywhere.
Instructions
Logging In
Select the 'Faculty' user type.

You will be redirected to the Mohawk College single sign-on page where you will use the same credentials you use for MyMohawk and MyCanvas to log into Accommodate.
Once logged in, you will be brought to the faculty home page in Accommodate. If you have new accommodation letters to view, you may see a notification at the top of the page. Any announcements regarding Accommodate will also show up at the top of the page.
Accommodation Letters
Using the side navigation, click on 'Accommodation Letters'
You will see a list of all the accommodation letters that have been sent to you. You can click on the accommodation letter title to review it.
Course Details and Enrolled Students
Using the side navigation, click on 'Courses and Test Room Bookings'
You will see a list of your current courses.
Click on the course name to see the course details.
From the course details page you can click on 'Enrolled Students' to see a full list of students who have requested accommodations for that course including the requested accommodations.
