As a registered apprentice we are here to support you with your in-school training requirements. Now that you have received your letter from the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skill Development, to attend training, Mohawk has supports and resources available to ensure your in-school training is successful.

Earn an Ontario College Certificate

Apprenticeship students in select programs who successfully complete all their levels at Mohawk will receive an Ontario College Certificate (OCC) that is recognized by 24 Ontario Colleges and beyond. Access student services and supports

As a Mohawk College apprentice, you will have access to services and supports to help you get the most out of your Mohawk education and experience. These include:

  • MyMohawk (opens new tab) – Mohawk's informative and interactive student portal. Your login credentials are provided on your confirmation page once you register for class.
  • MyCanvas – online learning management system to access courses and training materials
  • Accessible Learning Services (opens new tab) -Academic accommodations can be arranged for apprentices and students who register with ALS.
  • Student Success Advisors – Your SSA is here to support you. They can guide and assist you in creating completion plans, identifying other supports in the College, determining pathway options, and more.
  • Mohawk Students’Association (opens new tab) – The MSA offers a range of services and activities for Apprenticeship students.
  • Parking (opens new tab) - A valid parking pass is required to park on campus, using your Mohawk Student number ensure you select the appropriate apprenticeship training term
  • ONEcard (opens new tab) – This is your official Mohawk College identification card. It is required and can be used for services at all campuses
