The IT Service Desk will provide a quote for approval and will require an accounting FOAPAL before proceeding with the purchase.

Workstation configuration change

Request a change to workstation equipment or accessories

Available to: Employees
Turnaround time: 1 business day

  • The IT Service Desk will adjust configuration, ensure functionality, and provide basic guidance on usage of the changed equipment.
  • The IT Service Desk will prepare existing office computer equipment for Work From Home purposes. (See the COVID-19 Employee Resources - Employee Campus Access guide (short term) for more details.)

Lead time: Request 7 business days in advance.

The IT Service Desk will move, reinstall, and ensure the functionality of the workstation in its new location.
