Banner Upgrade February 6 to February 8 2026
A Banner upgrade will be performed starting Friday, February 6, 2026, at 5:00 PM until Sunday, February 8, 2026, at 5:00 PM. During this time, Banner and all systems/services connected to Banner will be unavailable.
The following systems/services will NOT be available during the upgrade window:
- Apprenticeship Registration
- Banner
- Banner Communication Management (BCM)
- Banner Document Management (BDM)
- Career Ready
- Continuing Education Registration
- Core Cashiering
- Course Outlines
- DegreeWorks
- Electronic Timesheets
- Expense Claims
- FAST
- FLAC
- My Applicant Status (MAS)
- Online Payments
- Oracle Data Store (ODS) - Cognos
- Phone Directory
- Post-Secondary Registration
- Self Service
- Self Service Banner 9 (SSB9)
- Student Assessment Booking
- Transcript Request Form
The following systems/services will remain available during the upgrade window:
- Aims (parking system)
- College Website – mohawkcollege.ca
- MyCanvas
- MyMohawk
- ONE Card
- SUMMIT
- TPHi (scheduling system)
- Wi-Fi (wireless network)
- Working at Mohawk (Cornerstone) – data updates from Banner will not be available
