IT Professional Services Request
Request consultation for IT solutions for infrastructure and applications. Requests will be assessed by the IT Intake Committee for approval
Request consultation from IT Services for:
- Acquisition new systems or applications
- Implementation new systems, applications, or infrastructure
- Enhancement or change existing systems, applications, or infrastructure
- Consultation on potential solutions
- Softward licensing procurement
- IT partnerships with other organizations or external groups
Available to: Employees
Turnaround time: Turnaround is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Consultation will be performed on how to implement the desired functionality, ensuring that it does not duplicate the functionality of an exiting application. Most enhancements will be scheduled to be released according to an existing regular release cycle.
