Airport Welcome Program
Every fall, student volunteers wearing orange t-shirts come together at Toronto Pearson International Airport (International Arrival Terminals 1 and 3) to welcome new international students arriving in Canada. The Airport Welcome Program offers a fantastic opportunity for volunteers to support newcomer students as they transition to their new city. This initiative is a collaborative effort between Mohawk College and McMaster University.

New International Student Orientation
A must-attend event designed to help you settle in, feel supported, and make connections from day one. Hamilton Welcomes the World
This event is a collaborative effort by the City of Hamilton, McMaster University, Mohawk College, Redeemer University, and Helping International Students, all dedicated to helping you settle in, connect with the community, and start your journey in Hamilton on the right foot. Expect games, fun, tons of prizes, community booths and walking tours to explore the city.
